We made our annual trip to Seal Beach for the Christmas Parade this weekend. We did something a little different this year and drove down. It's a pretty long drive, but the kids do really well in the car (all the Tahoe trips have helped them become good road warriors) and the new car is a nice drive/ride. We left Thursday morning and got there in plenty of time to take a nice sunset walk with Nana.
How lovely.
The kids stopped into Grandpa Skip's favorite hangout to say hi.
We had a nice dinner that night and a relaxing, fun Friday leading up to the big parade. Here's Serafina showing off some dance moves for Uncle Gene and Digna.
Well, it isn't that big of a parade, but the pre-party is fun. Here's the kids having some dinner.
It was extra exciting because my cousin Ciara came with adorable Zoe. Check out her serious face.
And then happy face!
Hanging with proud Grandpa Gene.
All geared up for the parade.
Waiting for the parade to start with Nana.
The kids getting goofy.
Baby's first parade!
She was so mellow during the whole, drawn out event.
