2nd Annual Block Party

The "big kids" on our street organized a block party. They had a lot of fun activities and it was nice to spend time with our neighbors.

Wagon Rides with Julia. Leo's turn...

Serafina's turn.
A trip together.
Shooting hoops.
Enjoying the party.
Playing Twister (Leo's first time).
Three-legged race.
Water relay.

They put on a talent show too. Here's Serafina enjoying the acts.
Leo watching intently.
Leo was such a brave big boy and got on stage to sing Farmer in the Dell. He's a little hard to hear in this video and it's a bit shaky because I had to stick bits of fruit in Serafina's mouth so she wouldn't fuss.

After all the scheduled acts (and a number of kids that chickened out), the MCs asked if anyone wanted to come up and perform. Leo wanted to play the keyboard.
Here are the big kids showing Leo what to do.
